Your booking only becomes mutually binding upon transmission of our return confirmation and receipt of  a possible requested deposit of EUR 100 per person. On your arrival day, you can check into your apartment after 1 p.m., while we ask that you vacate your apartment on departure day by 10 a.m. - allowing us time to clean for incoming guests.

Austrian Federal Hotel Guidelines apply in all instances. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance. Credit cards are not accepted.
